Requirements –

- Agile Web Development using Ruby on Rails or PHP
- Experience developing web applications, especially the back-end of high-scalable web applications
- Thorough knowledge with web standards, such as XHTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP
- Strong data structure and OO-design skills
- A penchant for test-driven development
- Ability to be self-directed and contribute meaningfully to a team with minimal management oversight
- Helpful experience includes: Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Python, Ajax, RSS, web services and thinking up ideas that are just wacky enough to work
